Rosa
A downloadable mod
Rosa is an ex-Fiend and Hispanic companion for Fallout New Vegas that just so happens to find herself joining the player's adventures. After crashing into the Mojave Wasteland all the way from the Baja and running on chems as much as anger, she's back with a vengeance.
With over 1000 lines of dialogue, custom gear, perk, multiple quests, banter with all the base game followers and even full support for all story DLCs, she likes to make an entrance. And a lasting impression.
To find her, head to the wreck at Ivanpah Dry Lake. Developed in 2024.

REQUIREMENTS: Dead Money for the outfit texture and obviously all major story DLCs if you want to install the patch. Follow the FOMOD instructions for more.
Rosa was voiced by Chantelle Ramdeen. You can find them here.

does the mod has an option for romance?
looks awesome, has some cool weapons and has good voice acting.
I'll list my critiques
for #2 they used to be on nexus but were deleted after the author had some controversies with the site and modding community. I'm keeping it deliberately vague here, but you can do your research online.
Any solution for the first problem?
Can I add this mid-playthrough?
Yes. You'll get a bunch of dialogue/conversations based on stuff you've already done though.
Having the installer to specify the features for the player was a nice touch. It's a good change of pace to have a raider companion; for some odd reason there are almost none. She has a unique look and a cool weapon (I don't recall any companions who use a chainsaw). Her references to Baja are interesting since it brings up some intriguing possibilities for the wastelands of the world of Fallout.
Just two things: I'm Puerto Rican (Latino) and I play as a Latino Courier, and it's more than a bit odd to hear her refer to my Latino as 'gringo' repeatedly. It feels like her dialogue was intended for a white Courier, which takes me out of the moment.
The other thing is that the Followers of the Apocalypse aren't a religious group. Sawyer described them as consisting of people like Communists and socialists in terms of their ideology (so religion doesn't play a part in it in either the original Fallout or New Vegas), and the ones we meet in New Vegas are doctors and medical professionals, so Rosa describing them as 'bible thumbers' and talking about 'gospel babble' was a bit odd; that would make a bit more sense if this was a member of Daniel's group rather than the FoTA.
was rosa blocked on nexus?
Also does she care if im kinda a cannibal.
yes, and no.
Where i can find her again after dismissing?
Depends which option you chose. Either she'll go to the back area/stage in Gomorrah or to the ground floor of the Lucky 38.
There should be a message that comes up.
Thanks & my bad!I prob skip the dialogue or something since i didn´t remember it. Anyways, i been enjoying her partnership! good mod all around!
what are the quests after recruiting rosa i cant seem to get any of them to start
One is tied to you receiving the quest to kill Cook-Cook (at least that prompts her to ask you for a favor concerning that quest).
