Old Blood
A downloadable mod
Developed in mid-2023, Old Blood is a vampire-specific expansion for The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and the Dawnguard DLC. It is directly inspired by Vampire: The Masquerade tabletop RPG by White Wolf and the World of Darkness setting.
It adds an entirely new storyline with fully-voiced characters and heaps of new side quests on top that grapple with The Beast, a tonne of branching, organic choices and explores the rich material of an otherwise one-and-done, mustache-twirling group of vampires.
To begin, defeat Harkon and return to the castle. The Dawnguard must also be destroyed which is buried behind radiant garbage. This is exclusive to the Volkihar/Vampire path if it somehow hasn't sunk in yet.

How many quests does the Old Blood contain?
Do we have a main questline and side quests or just a single main questline? Do we have radiant quests?
Will we still be part of Clan Volkihar or will we work for another clan?
I would appreciate some more details.

4 main quests plus an epilogue, if you want to call it that.
7 side quests tied to characters and choices you make. None of that radiant crap because they're not quests, just filler.
The original idea was that you could side with any clan and the questline would've changed dramatically based on the faction, but that was crazy ambitious. You're the head of the Volkihar clan and interact with the others.
